IP Service and Client's Impression (No.3)

Our office's philosophy for providing IP service to our clients is to “impress the clients”.

 

In detail, there are three stages of attorney’s philosophy for providing IP services to their clients.

 

Stage 1 is “Price satisfaction”.  At the requesting stage, the customer evaluates which attorney is appropriate to retain. The client gets an estimate from a candidate attorney they wish to retain and eliminates any attorney that does not match the client’s budget. If the price is reasonable and satisfies the client, the client can send an order.

 

 Stage 2 is “Client satisfaction”.  The client is satisfied with the estimate cost, and receives the quality of business that is expected.  The client can be satisfied with the amount of work that is done at the set price. This is “answering to expectations.”

Stage 3 is “Impressing the client”.  The estimate cost matches the client’s budget, and the client is impressed above and beyond expectations for the IP service that is provided to them. This is “exceeding expectations.”  This stage is very difficult to realize, but is ideal without any question.

 

Among the above three stages, our office’s philosophy is to realize the third stage, “Client impression”.  In order to actualize this stage, all the members of Takeuchi IP are dedicated to conduct IP work with an attitude of contributing to the client’s business development by enhancing the power of high quality, speed, reasonable cost and stable administration.
