I would like to inform that our office has become a legal entity as from July 1, 2020.

It has been more than five years since I opened Takeuchi IP Office on January 1, 2017, with the aim of “contributing to our clients’ business development through our IP services with being close to them”.

During this period, Mr. Hirokazu Matsumoto joined our firm in May 2017, and he passed the patent attorney’s examination in 2018 and has been playing a key player in our firm. In addition, Mr.Takashi Sugimura, who passed the U.S. Certified Public Accountant Examination in May 2011, joined our firm in only, 2018 to become a specialist in the IP field as well and is working as a trademark and design para legal while studying hard to become a patent attorney. Further, the secretarial division, which is particularly important in the field of intellectual property, consists of four secretaries, each having more than 15 years of experience in IP field with high capability.

In order to achieve the above objectives, we believe that stability and continuity of the firm are important, and thus we incorporated our office as "Takeuchi IP Office PC" to realize them.

Taking the opportunity of the incorporation, we will not only ensure the stability and continuity of our business, but also enhance our human resources, respond to various requests from our clients, contribute to the development of our clients' business, and strive to contribute to society.

Utilizing our network of overseas colleagues in approximately 160 countries, we hope to provide services in the field of trademarks, designs and unfair competition and copyrights.
